Jesus, who is he? If you're talking about the Messiah, his name is Kane!
No he's just some NOD recruiter.
This guy is planning to make a revolution, to await a Tiberian Meteor and lead the people to Conquer the World, and "Evolve" all of us, screaming "In the name of Kane !"
But don't worry, Joe Kucen will probably come to him, act out as Kane and stop him, and tell them how silly they are all being...
Unless of course Joe would decide to keep the act, and lead them to form an army.,then we're all screwed...
Tiberium is Fiction it doesn't exist. how do I know? because if it were real this wouldn't be our time line.
