just a background, its to focus on the Conyard itself.
But you already knew that. =P
The new GDI Orbital Deployable Construction Yard not allow to create an outpost or base anywhere on the globe but also provide a tactical strike against opposing forces by delivering the O.D.C.Y right on top of enemy forces destroying them on the massive impact in an orbital terminal velocity.
So far the destructive capabilities of the O.D.C.Y has been proven to be effective but the same can't be said of its constructive capabilities as the structure disintegrates with the impact.
I missed a 'only' between the "not" and "to create"
I'm sure it runs on a MS Windows (GDI edition) XD
