is this someone re-enacting the build menu icon for rocket soliders? or a real production still from westwood's archives? :o
I belive so.
The only thing that is fake is the background, as he is standing with an M-72 LAW infront of a screen that makes a background.
Other than that, the person is real along with the rocket launcher and the uniform.
