I'm still about 30/70 whether to buy UC or not. IF I uninstall my original C&C3 and RA3, but still be able to play mods in the UC versions of C&C3 and RA3, I'll probably buy it. IF Zero Hour's terrible lag issues, with many AI's, have been fixed finally after 9 years (if they ever were fixable) I'll buy it.
Then again I wonder it would be somewhat waste of money, since I already have all those games and they work quite nicely with Win 7.
The only reason I'll buy C&C:UC = being able to play the older games (C&C, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun, etc...) on my Win 7 machine... Nostalgia... Want to replay the old campaign again...
I'll stick with Singleplayer though, for I have no real hope of seeing EA remake all game multiplayer part playable online...
I really hope this collection will work better than the last one, who was buggy, making some games unplayable... I know, it's EA we're talking about, so I shouldn't hold my breath over this... Probably just another way to try milking this loved franchise with a minimum effort on their part...
wow i never knew the command and conquer series had this many installments.

But I really hoped for physical version.
The games themselves are just as you have them now I would think.. Latest patch etc.
I made a mod that addresses the lag in ZH as well as I believe can be done if you're interested: Moddb.com

I doubt EA is going to make any changes to these, they'll most likely just include the buggy TFD versions of the games.
Also, C&C, RA and TS all can be get to work normally on Win 7. TS doesn't even require any special hacks for running under Win 7 most of the time.
Also, RA1 is playable online thanks to the community; Redalert1.com
