Well, if you count stealth bombers, stealth tanks, stealth infiltrators, and insidious operations involving extortion and sabotage, than yes, Nod are cheaters. And that's not even including starting rebellions and terrorists uprisings.
GDI prefers the direct, overwhelming approach.
Nod prefers stirring up trouble from behind the scenes and then striking approach.
Just like G.I. Joe and Cobra.
So i presume that "the war's over,a treaty has been signed" line means that this happens during the incursion of scrin?
