It's pretty obvious, the americans set up an airbase which actually was a Bedouins camping spot. The Nomads arrived at the night and didn't see the airfield so they just put up their tent as usual.

Try putting a USA Air Force General in the northwest corner of the map in "mountain guns". The AI builds an Airfield under the bridge. :P

I already see this happening many times. At Invasion Confirmed the AI created an airfield on the water.

Ai once built an entire base on one spot <_<
one on top of the other, But it was a custom map.
