GDI's 196th armoured legion is known to use old 1st tiberium war technology to to defeat its enemies although this highly unorthodox & totally out of GDI's protocol, however GDI's central command has allowed this to continue after losing the 1st tiberium war for they are prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure GDI's survival in these dark times

I know... But I don´t remember that u was able to get more than one of those in TI
