In a world with people such as our selfs,(not to be smug about it but its true) religion has no place. If we can comprehend basic human morality and be good people without a deity who just judges you your whole life and has a story book which is its self full of immorality. The fact is, we are products of social evolution. We didn't evolve to suit the environment but rather to be just better people in general or if anything at least more rational and intelligent.
