I don't know if people go to hell for being gay. It's a sin but once saved it is impossible to loose salvation, so when someone leaves the church it just means that that someone was not a Christian. Since IF we could loose salvation would it not be better for the pastor to just shoot anyone that becomes a Christian? I actually know quite little about this topic, so please correct me!

well i don't know exactly, i can tell you i really was a christain just as much as you. but i am not anymore.

homosexuality is almost always genetic, and it is always biological. this is known. so the idea that someone wounld be punished for something they were born into is absured.
If your god is real and loving he couldnt punish someone for that.
It would be cruel behond imagination, and rather sadistic if your god did.

I'll let God worry about how he's going to judge sinners. Jesus spoke against homosexuality and how can it be genetic? Since when can a homosexual couple pass on their genes?

ok, its not a dominate trait. so it can be passed on for several generations and not always pop up. i believe may actually take 2 copies one from a mother one from a father to appear (i am not completly sure) i will have to look it up more.
and throught history most gays would pretend to be strait and have children so the gene spread.this was because they were afraid of admitting there sexuality for fear of death so they got married and had children, basiclly the anti gay religions spread it because of this.

I shearched creation.com to see what some other Christians Think about homosexuality (homosexuality isn't my area of knowledge yet, I only just developed a strong foundation, so I'm much better with genesis, which is good, since genesis gets attacked more often) anyways
http://creation.mobi/discrimination-information
http://creation.mobi/gays-were-not-created-that-way
There is more stuff too, but even 2 links is a couple mins of reading. I usally just scan the text and read what's interesting.

I only read the 2nd article, and am disgusted by the sheer bigotry in it.

Homosexuality is genetic, and the "main" gene for it is in the X-chomosome, so it's spread by the females.

Dude, the creationists opinion is not relevant at all. Go read on Wiki, thats much more educational then the creationists main page. And yes, the sexual interest can be found in our genomes. Its one example how evolution works!

Besides: according to the christian myth Jesus was gods SON and a PROPHET, not god himself. Making Jesus to your god is simply a false god belief... >_>

I'm quite sure that Jesus himself declares himself God.

"Once saved, always saved" is not Biblical and a is a false teaching of some churches.
