On that third point... secular people still fight many wars for a varity of reasons...
And spiritual retribution is not the only thing that checks human behavior, there is always the law...
Jokes like this does not exactly make us atheists look good... that's why I'm pointing out cartain things.
Alot of christains claim that the one and only reason why they are good is becasue of the fear of hell.
and yes we fight war, but not because we claim an imaginary being tells us so- we also try to find other solutions, if you claim god wants you to kill somebody then there is no option to try and fix the problem by other means, this is why there is so often genocide in religious wars.
The joke is just to show the superiority of secular morality and that praying i just a good way to do nothing help nobody and feel good about it.
