Description
Rather than Delta's usual Doom and Gloom and TCW's is destroying the universe I thought I would start a more positive discussion. The clone wars has forever changed the continuously evolving history of Star Wars. What about these changes has been positive and what has been a negative for each of you.
I ask here on this group because many of you are more familar with EU than on other groups.
Maul should be on both pros and cons.
also arcs appeared way before TCW in the miniseries which is also T-canon so cross that off your list
Gundarks are actually G canon for being mentioned in episode 3 revenge of the sith.
another con is that delta squad did not have the orginal voice actors
lastly it was long known well before TCW that yalearn was involved in the clone war, so wasnt Pealleon and Tarkin. as well as Jan Dondona
Agreed on all accounts. Not sure why I forgot the ARC thing.
When do they mention Gundarks on the movie? I was not aware of that one?

O yes! Another one I forgot about.
And actually the Gundark thing was in AOTC.
oh yeh hes right actually. i was confusing that conversation with the one about cato nemodia when obi-wan and anakin are discussing how many times anakin had saved obi-wan
Talking about Anakin saving Obi-Wan, have anyone or any source come up with the conclusion of those nine times yet?
I would also put Ahsoka on the Pros and cons list.
She is a good new character which has helped bring more girls to star wars but her place as Anakins apprentice is controversial considering Anakin's unpredictable personality.
The Jedi Council is known to push new knights in to taking an apprentice soon after knighthood so I personally don't feel its a huge stretch but it being controversial with some fans leaves it on the con list.
The show killing off most of the new characters they created and making Ahsoka leave the order before the show ended is another pro for me because they closed lose ends
Another good thing - raise the cannon level of more lightsaber color and shoto.
And might I ask how was the Super Tank lame?
An indestructible tank. The only reason it was created was to make the stakes of their attack on the foundry that much more dire. If they failed to destroy the foundry than the republic may lose the war because of this new Super weapon. Overall I think the whole concept is lame but that's my opinion. Others may disagree
Yeah, but I kinda like its motar because they never showed a CIS artillery in the show so this could fit. But I think it being rayshielded is overkill.
few more cons: changed maul's home planet, changed ventress's species
I agree in a sense because that was accepted belief before TCW's and I believe Maul being born on Iridonia may have even been published in at least one novel. However I don't think Ventress' species was ever officially published, only assumed because she is found on that planet.
