Description
Russia newest Advanced trainer/light attack aircraft.
BTW am I the only one trying to understand why is this called a "light" attack aircraft?
I guess it's airframe is considered light, not the weapons
Armament
Nine hard points for a mixed load of all types of Russian and western air to air (short to medium range) and air to ground dumb and smart bombs.
That's quite impressive.
It can't carry much in the way of weapons, and probably has a light frame too. I think the correct term is "Light Attack/Combat Aircraft"
looking at its size it propably has very thin armor and weak engines and flies even slower when fully loaded ...so yeah thats pretty muchg a light fighter even though it packs a punch with max outload.
