Sorry could not resist on my first day back to Aircraft Lovers Group XD
It has been too much shame about this plane. Makes me actually think, that maybe, MAYBE, there is something about it. Perhaps it's real performance is much better and classified?
You'll say "not likely". I just wanted to give it a chance. It's too expensive to scrap it now.
Not that classified when they fly it off to sell the silly thing.
But when in doubt bribe them! It's the Lockheed way!
I have often wondered this myself, but there is simply to much evidence pointing to the contrary. IF the aircraft's performance is actually heftily underrated simply to spread misinformation the risk of keeping such a strategy secret is far to large today. For example, did you know the CIA database gets hacked on an average two week basis by Chinese Cyber warfare units?
The real statistics of the F-35 would of been out within weeks/months if the US had tried to hide its performance from day one. Nope, it's all blackmail and corruption I'm afraid... Or good business, yeah, just bloody good business.
no joke, the more such aircrafts - the better. for red team, ofcourse:)

It's only redeeming Quality perhaps.
