It looks like the B-1 Lancer! :)
Russian rip-off of it(like always):P but that doesn't mean it isn't more bad *** :D ( i like American planes so Russian too:P)
btw the Tu-160 looks more like the B1 :p

These r Tu-22 Backfires. Twin engines mounted on top of the fusalage. Vertical stabilizer sticks up between them. Look between the wing and the horizontal stabilizer of the closest a/c. Ucan c 1 of the engines.
