Discovery Top ten: Bombers

But they also said in that same program the B17 could hit a barrel from 10 000 meters altidue with the Norden Bombsight, that is a popular saying but they told it as a fact!

Description

Large Soviet bomber, similar to the B-52. Had it's maiden flight the same year. Dropped the Tsar Bomb, the biggest atomic bomb ever. Still in service by post-communist Russia. Along with the B52,B2, and the British "Mosquito", this is one of my favorite bombers.
