Love the new full black camo they're painting all the air vehicles with.
For some reason I never liked this one so much. I prefer Ka50.
Well, its has a little different aim...
BTW, i would prefer Hind, old, reliable and beautiful Hind...
What's different? They are both against tanks and vehicles + Ka50 can have AA missiles.
The Mi-24 can be equipped with R-73 and/or R-60 AA missiles while the Mi-28 can be equipped with Igla-V and Vympel R-73 AA missiles. Soooo....
You probably knew that already though.
However the KA-50's are far superior in dogfighting capability to any other attack helis worldwide.

Yes, but he said Mi28 and Ka50 have different aim. (We were not talking about Hind.) Right, combat helis are usually ground-attack machines, rarely with some AA protection. Ka50 has some extra capabilities and that's why I like it.
They used to be equipped with a radome over the propeller much like the AH-64D Longbow.
I can't see it in this picture though...
