radar elta M2032, new HUD, 2 multi display 5¨x7¨, HOTAS, new computer for navigation an armament, new energy generation system, an onboard oxygen generation system, new radio m3ar and other VHF radio(those will be used by the datalink in the future), new autopilot, briefing debriefing station, and the engines j52-p-408 overhauled by IAI israel

the A4 is still flying? I thought they were all retired. It's good to see Brazil is keeping these classics combat ready for the 21st Century battlefield.
You know what would be a breakthrough in jet powered aircraft? Making a jet engine that's fuel efficient.
what do you mean? modern jet engines are more efficent that old ones but it would be too expensive to add a new engine to the a4f so they buy old J52p engines and they overhauled in israel to improve it

It's called a Turboprop.
