British Mosquito Fighter with Jet engine instead of propellant. Look pretty possible in concept, but compared to the A 10 Warhag, this just look too...... "Smooth"

TBH it's just a Gloster Meteor with the engines moved from the wings to the A-10 possition

Dunno why but I really like this. Maybe it's just that British paint job.

it does got the same armament as the WWII RAF Close air support of choice, Hawker Tempest with: quad Hispano V cannons and 8x3 inch RP rockets, a nice touch I think.

Very nice cosmeticly, but I don't think the Meteor's Airframe would be Suited for this role.

A fantasy plane I fould while lurking alternate WWII design websites (with tesla tanks and stuff). Sadly I forgot the sauce of this pic and can't therefor mention the author of the design.
