The Apache I believe has just met its superior. xD Hell a properly upgraded Mi 28 Hind AKA flying tank could take on an Apache. Those the new stealth heli. "version of the RAH-66 or newer type?" (im assuming based off of the wreckage of the one that crashed :P) recently used against Osama in Pakistan could do a number on it.

What some American super patriot got but hurt because Russian & even Chines tech is on the same level as there's?

Also any one got any info of the so called new stealth helis used by Navy Seals in Pakistan? I'm assuming based off of the wreckage pics that they are a derivative of the old RAH-66 prototype that was rejected but im not sure until I get more info on them.

Well apache versus ka50 or mi28 is a tough one. I personally like russian tech more, so I'm a bit biased. Apache can carry 2 aim9 missiles, Ka50 carry's only vikhr, however they are capable of air attack, but it's tricky since they're not fire and forget, you have to lase your target constantly, that's less of a problem for the apache since aim9 are specifically designed for air attack. Now if we will be talking about machine gun duel between these two, I think apache would win hands down, it's cannon is controlled by a gunner, who has an easier time marking and leading targets than a ka50 pilot with his auto-aim + apache has a recoil compensation system, making the gun even more accurate, ka50 loses it's accuracy after a few shots. Apache's missiles can be dodged with enough flares and maneuver, vikhrs are guided by a laser, meaning that they can't be distracted by flares. All in all I think it's too tough... they're ground attack helis, not AA. I think the one that spots the other one first will win.

Mi28 is a bit better here, it has a gunner which controls the weapon systems, +it's ataka missiles are different from each other, unlike the vikhrs, ataka ones come in different variations- ground and air attack(+ soft, hard targets, bunkers etc). And if I'm not mistaken the shkval targeting systems range has almost twice the range of the apache ones, but it doesn't work at night. I guess we wont find out until they both duel, this is just random guesswork.
