That's uhh, a Type 3 AK if I'm not mistaken. I don't actually see any dimples/indents on the receiver, so it might be a Type 56. Whatever though, it's airsoft so the furniture looks all messed up and whatnot.
There was an actual small line of AKMs which were made with green furniture, I believe given to some soldiers for uncommon valor in battle, or perhaps for being Premier's favorite.
yeah it's airsoft so I assume it's just a most popular AK in the Zone. I've seen a guy on some american gun site selling a real AK with such furniture, light green synthetic like in Misery, but I can't find any info about it
I think that's just an aftermarket set of green or OD furniture. The furniture in my link is (IIRC) a special/specific type of bakelite material which happens to be green (else they dyed it green for some reason). Anyways, those aftermarket sets are really easy to come by and sometimes come as an option on Bulgarian Arsenal AKs sold in the US; the bakelite furniture on the special run of AKMs is, I'd imagine, quite rare, and probably not sold anywhere.

ITs a Gorka type Uniform this guy has in this picture. Which is not a bad idea for a stalker suit!
