Will Fight for Food is a Role Playing Brawler where you choose how you play the game.
You are free to roam in a huge city, and make friends or enemies with its residents. The choices you make have consequences, and change how - and if - Jared is able to get back on his feet.
Play the game like an old school brawler, fighting everything that moves or approach it like an RPG, using diplomacy and the unique conversation system to get people on your side.
Piece together Jared's past by meeting his former friends and rivals, and find unique items to gain an advantage in the city.

I noticed there was a mod section in the game. Yet I can't find much info on modding it. Is there a guide or a link or such on how it works, or is it just for the developers?
Modding is open to everyone, of course :)
I'll post more info on modding the game. You can, of course, figure out stuff yourself. Start by opening up res/default.xml, and you'll see what files are used. It can all be done using a text editor.
Thanks.
Seems like a great game from what I've played.
Great game, but every time I enter the center door in the Academy the game hangs.
Win7 x64, Nvidea Optimus dual-card setup set to use the Discrete card (a 310M), intel core i5, Nvidea driver version 266.72, 4Gigs of ram. Beastly for a laptop it's age and price.
To fix this issue, redownload the game via Desura or the standalone download.
Can you PM me a link to your savegame where this crash happens? Thanks.
I have this same exact problem.
Win7 64bit desktop computer, intel i7, 16 gigs of ram, nvidia GeForce GTX 580, driver version 296.10.
I've already tried reinstalling, even going as far as doing a fresh install and wiping my save data.
Can you PM me a link to your savegame where this crash happens? Thanks.
You need the 32 bit version of the library. I'll ask desura to fix this.
