Description
In a alternate history where the US lost the war of 1812 they were soon annexed by Britain. The American peoples revolted against British rule once again and succeeded. However this time they were not able to form into one Union after they claimed victory. Therefore regions of like peoples formed governments in a scramble to piece the USA back together.

To download just download and 7zip/rar the folder. Then move it into your Victoria 2 mod folder and move the .mod file (shown as a video file) out of the New America folder and into the mod folder. When you start it should be available in the Victoria 2 launcher for play
