Better Pop Demand file - Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness

Hello, this is an "improved" version of Pop Demand, in my opinion, since it modified what in my opinion was getting in the way of the game. At first glance you will notice that the cheatpack was integrated, the cores of Rome have been completely eliminated because they were in the way when dissolving a European country. The map and texture of this has been replaced with that of the Napoleon Legacy Remake mod for better performance. In the future I plan to eliminate what you will rarely see when playing this mod, hoping for even better performance. Or maybe I will create my own mod or maybe I will port the original version of pop demand to the current version. The respective credits are in the rar and in the description.
