Victoria II: Heart of Darkness is the second expansion for the grand strategy and political simulator Victoria II. This expansion focuses on the Scramble for Africa. Description
This mod makes a slight change to defines of the game to make AI more aggressive. The options available are x10(default), x100 and x1000. As a counter weight this I've also changed the SOLDIER_TO_POP_DAMAGE to 1 which means the soldier to pop ratio is 1 which makes wars a bit deadlier than default. One downside is that more wars means the game can really slow down especially on x100 and x1000. Should be compatible with most mods that don't change the defines.lua.
