After a successful recruitment last time, we're looking for yet another C Programmer to join our growing development team for a brand new, open-source FPS project. "Trinity" is a fast paced futuristic shooter, planned for BETA release in September 2010. The team currently consists of 7 members from the UK, Australia, Canada and the Ukraine, working on varying aspects of the game such as Code, Mapping, Conceptual Art, and Music.

The person we are looking for must have an exceptional knowledge of the C language, and OpenGL. The game itself is based on the DarkPlaces engine, so any exposure to that engine would be an advantage. It will be your responsibility to update engine code, add new features, and even create external, stand alone tools for the game. These could include stats tracking, data aggregation and much more. You will take specifications from the directors and turn them into workable functions. However, we love creativitiy! So, you will be able to build upon your own ideas, and code them into the game. A knowledge of QuakeC would be advantageous, however a willingness to learn this would be just as good.
