The United States has a military presence in two-thirds of countries around the world, and some of them have had enough. A group of terrorists calling themselves The Engineers initiate a terror ultimatum called the Blacklist - a deadly countdown of escalating attacks on U.S. interests.

Created in anticipation for the next rumoured Splinter Cell by MikeTiny (and to show how it should be, rather than the action-crazed package for casuals that Splinter Cell Blacklist was.) To install, put your desired file in the UMDs folder in your game installation. Make sure to backup the original file. The rest is self-explanatory.
