Through is an RPG with a focus on tactical combat and resource management. It is heavily inspired by other Roguelikes. However, Through carries some key differences. There is a large focus on accessibility and ease of use as well as simplicity and transparent design (for instance, your character only has a Strength and Intelligence stat). If you're looking for a deep RPG system thats easy to pick-up and play but difficult to master, give Through a shot. Another (probably the last) pre-release build for Through which is getting alarmingly close to 1.0 (be alarmed!).

New release contains a bucketful of bug fixes as well as new functionality (you can actually beat the game!), a high score board, credits, and a slew of other fixes. This release contains everything intended for the 1.0 build EXCEPT a tutorial (you'll have to figure out the controls yourself).
This build is intended primarily for play-testing feedback and bug fixing. If you want to help me get this to 1.0 so I can start adding new features, opponents and items, please play the game and send me an email about your experience ( firstname.lastname@example.org ). Tell me about bugs you ran into (in as much detail as possible), the lowest floor you were able to achieve, what difficulty you enjoyed the most, what class you enjoyed the most, and what features you think would be cool in the game.
