This time I'll talk a bit about the plot of TLoTA, some new special moves and a bit on a new level. It is just a small update though!

Hypokhrisis

That is the ancient evil as seen in the legend at the start of the game. It is called Hypokhrisis, and would do everything to get The Artifact.
You can definitely see similarities with The Legend of Zelda here, as he is introduced in the intro of the game in a very similar way as LoZ usually starts their games.

Level 6-2, Drill Thrill

That is level 6-2, Drill Thrill. It is obviously mostly based on drills. There isn't that much to say about it really, but you can use those drills as platforms if you jump on top of them. They do a lot of damage if you are below them though!

Special moves

Drake has a lot of fast projectiles. He can for example charge up a strong projectile just like Matt and fire it at will. The difference is that he charges it up faster and the projectile moves faster, but it deals a lot less damage.

Special moves

Rosa has a kiss move. It fires a slow moving heart projectile. If it hits an enemy it will stun them for three seconds though!

Special moves

Special moves

Alexia has gotten two new special moves. She can now charge up a projectile with her basic special. Instead of charging it up in strength and size like Matt and Drake, it cycles through three different types. When you release the button she will fire it, and depending on when you choose to fire, the projectile will either be fire, ice or electricity. This means that Alexia can help you get a lot of secrets with her different elements!
She can also ride a broomstick to fly with. It's one of the more powerful recovery moves so far, as it goes pretty high up. It leave you vulnerable though!

This was only a small update, but I hope you guys enjoyed it nonetheless. Thanks for reading!

Lookc nice! The game still lags on my PC though. But I tried the demo and the special attacks are nicely done and animated :-) Besides, almost all Unity3D games lag for some reason on my PC (I didn't try to set quality lower though yet) So it's not really your fault I guess. But you could check it out and find a way to optimize it, like removing unused content, or finding a way to render only the polyons/tris that are actually visible onscreen. If you already tried that, it's all fine :-) But it's just a suggestion.

Unity does that automatically. Unused content shouldn't create any performance issues either, they should basically just make a larger file size.

But optimization is a must in the future, yeah. As many as possible should be able to enjoy the game without lag. :P
