    Hi everyone,

Here is an important news you were waiting since your birth : Tactical-Shift-Arena is out ! :)

    Overview :

    TSA is a free multi-player turn based strategy game in 2D, it opposes 2 teams in a deathmatch. Each team is controlled by one player. It's kind of pure strategy, a bit like chess. (It's not a fast and spectacular game). If you want more infos on the game, look here.

    How-to

    Please take the time to read this text before playing.
The game only works on network with other real people. There must be a server and 1 or more clients to play. The soft is the same for both but you have to configure your game :
   
    1. First of all, find some friends (or enemies) to play with (8 players max)
    2. Then open the "settings.txt" file in the game directory.
    3. Respect the written form and only modify the number, the ip adress and the map name.
    4. If you want to be the server, write 1, else write 2. All the players must write 2 except the server . And there must be one and only one server. (You can find your ip here and you'll have to configure you firewall or proxy)
    5. Specify the ip adress of the server. If you are the server, leave 127.0.0.1
    6. Specify the map name. All the players must have the same map name. (tsa_map, tsa_map2, tsa_rush, tsa_paper, tsa_paper4, tsa_tactical or tsa_tactical8)
    7. Save the file.
    8. Launch the game
    9. Choose "Play" (server must do it first)
    10. And wait for other players.

    Here are the keys used :

    Mouse to select and unit.
    Arrows to move this unit.
    Space to aim and shoot.
    Backspace to pick up a weapon.
    Enter to deselect this unit.
    (and DEL to kill your unit).

  And look at the bar at the bottom to know how much life, movements or ammunitions you still get.
