Propably beta or alpha screenshot. In final version they have coloured armor.
I know you posted that in 2010 but, for everyone who see this, they are white because it's alpha or beta screenshot, final version have coloured armor, and the hud and helmet in the picture are different from the final version too.
cuz thats the way the mods work. ppl modify skins and colors. makes the experience much more enjoyable.
I'm pretty sure this isn't a mod, it's just a screenshot taken during internal beta testing. The squad markings didn't come until late in development.

Man the top of the HUD looks... COOL!!!!!and every thig in this one BETA or Mod still looks cool wish some one can do that!!!
