A spin-off of Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy allows players to create their own Jedi, train in the Academy under the tutelage of Luke Skywalker and Kyle Katarn and ultimately choose to follow the path of the Light Side or the Dark Side of the Force. The game is powered by the same version of the Quake III engine used in its predecessor, Jedi Outcast, containing modifications to the Quake code to give a third-person view and new lightsaber effects (Jedi Knight II had these 3rd person effects as well). Players have the ability to construct their own lightsaber by choosing the hilt style and blade color. After completing certain objectives, new saber styles become available including the ability to wield two independent sabers in a style known as Jar'Kai, once used by Anakin Skywalker during the closing fight in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, or the double-bladed lightsaber (also known as a "saber staff").
Description
This is my newest version of my own extention of the original jedi academy level: t3_rift - chandrilla. It features several own creations and 1 duel map from the internet and the multi-player map rift sanctuary. If you play it, you have to be good at jumping to find all the secrets. Some of the secret places are guarded aswell so fight for the sight. have fun. If you want to build something similar, bsp reverse and the Q3map2Gui will help. Install by putting the riftrift16.bsp file into gamedata/base/maps directory. Start the bsp ingame via Cheatmenu shift ^ and type: devmapall riftrift16 made by Jonas Noll, 2022

Did anyone find a similar map to download?
I have no idea what this is but its kinda cool. Should probably do something about the lag though if possible.
Hi, do you mean the texture bug in the orinial mp map sanctuary part? or do you have another problem?
Was it hard to get to the extended part of the map?
I mean i seem to have some problem with lag through the entire map in the form of some fps drops.
It was fairly easy for me to get to the new part. However the new part is very dark and i had to turn on fullbright to be able to navigate properly in some places. Also i did not explore the entire thing in all detail, so i might have missed the point of this if there ever was one, but it was fun anyway.
