In the near future, the online world decides the fate for reality. He who controls the digital controls all of humanity. In this battle for information enter Aiva, a hacking program that does battle on the information super highway, whose task is to access the enemy’s mainframe and shut it down. Sp. AI is a 3rd person puzzle platformer where the player takes control of an Artificially Intelligent infiltration program called Aiva, whose abilities range from hacking systems, cracking fire walls and toying with security protocols. Game-play Pillars: 1. Seamlessly fitting puzzle that flow smoothly from on to another. 2. Real time problems that make you think on the spot. 3. Turn based strategy that makes you think 3 steps ahead. Sp.A.I Is a third year project for 5 students at the Queensland University of Technology.

Over the last month since the announcement of winning "Best UDK Game" we here at No Comment have been working on polishing the current build as much as possible in preparation for our trip to Epic.

We have been working mainly on fixing the issues that have been pointed out to us from the IndieDB community, as well as smoothing out the difficulty curve and making a more stable gaming experience for the player. We have also been working on polishing the art style, using what we learned from the last build to produce a more vivid and compelling virtual world.

It is our intention to produce the most solid build we can; utilizing the mechanics we have in the best possible way to showcase SpAI. As such you won't be seeing too many releases in the next month but we will keep you up to date.

Though our focus for the immediate future is on the next build for Epic we have not stopped pushing the boundaries of SpAI. While I can't say much on the details as of yet we are looking at putting new ideas into practice and redesigning some of the current puzzles to produce a new exciting challenge to the player. So stay tuned for the announcements over the coming year.

Epic has not hired us, but you must admit one does not get the chance to show of their work to the gaming industry very often.

In regards to going commercial we are taking this game to the next level. If that means going commercial ... well lets just say the future is looking bright.
