Space Engineers is a sandbox game about engineering, construction, exploration and survival in space and on planets. Players build space ships, space stations, planetary outposts of various sizes and uses (civil and military), pilot ships and travel through space to explore planets and gather resources to survive. Featuring both creative and survival modes, there is no limit to what can be built, utilized and explored. Space Engineers features a realistic, volumetric-based physics engine: everything in the game can be assembled, disassembled, damaged and destroyed. The game can be played either in single or multiplayer modes.

Update 01.014.010 has been released. We have updated the world generator, added parameters in the control panel for lights and drills, doors can now open/close.

Update 01.014.010 has been released. We have updated the world generator, now all ore types are available, but many deposits are hidden inside the asteroids under the rock surface. We also, added parameters in the control panel for lights and drill. Doors can now be opened/closed.

I was wondering if you guys were going to implement a "low" option for graphics at some point? I get heaps of lag whenever I do anything of decent size :/

You might if possible want to try the 64bit build it should perform 50% better.
