Description

Makes the game tougher, so you feel less like a badass. Less income from properties, Upgrading your vehicles(ex:torque,tires) is more expensive, Upgrading your character is more expensive, Gain respect harder/level up harder, Carry less ammo for your guns, your HP regenerates slower, Brutes, Oleg, Gangs, STAG Commandos, Zombies and Boss fights are harder... although you take less damage (33% less) from being rammed by cars & your homies aim better. Also Pedestrians and Cars now spawn more often.. and pedestrians have a higher chance of being brave and fighting back.. and alot more changes.

-SMGs do more damage;
-fixed the Cybercannon thing in Http://deckers.die as Rysir requested(haven't tested it yet because
I don't have time,if anyone makes the effort and play the mission you should see 999 ammo to the gun,

-gangs now carry a much more diverse equipment like ar-55,storm smg,etc;
-the brute that jumps on the ball is easier to kill than before;

-The Bear's turret does less damage to vehicles and it rotates slower than before;

-major notoriety fix;sometimes the gangs wouldn't spawn when on high notoriety in the previous versions;
-tripled the income from owned shops;
-dramatically decreased the HP of the brutes;
-all the tanks are less resistant to damage;
-lowered the cash reward from killing sprees and now you will start earning money if you do 2-6 kills in a short time(3 kills to start the headshot killing spree,for the explosive kills the counter will start at 6 kills,etc).

-the minimap along with notoriety stars and badges are back!but you can't see the enemies on the map anymore.

-fixed the minimap sometimes disappearing (sorry for messing up);
-all the damage upgrades have been overhauled and you can't upgrade to no damage anymore(the prices have been changed too);
-also the phone menu has been edited accordingly to the upgrades overhaul;(thanks to Minimaul and MikeW).

Hey i know an bug when trowing grenades from inside a car with an Lv4 Krukov which makes you throw 2 grenades at once.

This addon will really make the game hardcore!
i always plays it in vanilla hardcore and find it easy!
