Years after taking Stilwater for their own, the Third Street Saints have evolved from street gang to household brand name, with Saints sneakers, Saints energy drinks and Johnny Gat bobble head dolls all available at a store near you. The Saints are kings of Stilwater, but their celebrity status has not gone unnoticed.
Makes the game tougher, so you feel less like a badass. Less income from properties, Upgrading your vehicles(ex:torque,tires) is more expensive, Upgrading your character is more expensive, Gain respect harder/level up harder, Carry less ammo for your guns, your HP regenerates slower, Brutes, Oleg, Gangs, STAG Commandos, Zombies and Boss fights are harder... although you take less damage (33% less) from being rammed by cars & your homies aim better. Also Pedestrians and Cars now spawn more often.. and pedestrians have a higher chance of being brave and fighting back.. and alot more changes.

-lowered the cash reward from killing sprees and now you will start earning money if you do 2-6 kills in a short time(3 kills to start the headshot killing spree,for the explosive kills the counter will start at 6 kills,etc).
