*UPDATE* Version 2.0 - 26 june 2012​-Increased the range of shooting for the minigun brutes;
-Increased brute cap when on high gang notoriety;
-New Morningstar Specialist:
>will spawn on 4+ notoriety level;
>they will always be in a helicopter;
>they will carry an RPG;

-Gangs now spawn at a faster rate than before(when you are on notoriety);

-bullets from rifles,SMGs,shotguns and snipers do less damage to vehicles(65% less damage from rifles and SMGs and 35% less from shotguns and snipers);now you can take cover behind your car without any worries of it blowing up;
-AK-47,deagle and other high caliber guns can now penetrate multiple humans;
-SMGs do more damage;
-fixed the Cybercannon thing in Http://deckers.die as Rysir requested(haven't tested it yet because
I don't have time,if anyone makes the effort and play the mission you should see 999 ammo to the gun,
so please report if something went wrong).

-gangs now carry a much more diverse equipment like ar-55,storm smg,etc;
-the brute that jumps on the ball is easier to kill than before;
-the yarn ball is much more resistant;
-the mini-map along with the notoriety badges/stars have been removed.

-the tank's main cannon moves slower;
-the crusader's solar beam does less damage to vehicles;
-one extra minute in tank mayhem activity;

-it is now nearly impossible to destroy a vehicle using the melee weapons;
-the cops will come to chase you if you steal a vehicle after a brief amount of time;
-made the trail blazing activity much more fun because the cops and the luchadores will chase you during the activity.

-The Bear's turret does less damage to vehicles and it rotates slower than before;
-You will encounter more SWAT troops than before (with the except of level 5 notoriety);
-Torque upgrades are more effective;
-Less hitpoints for the yarn-ball because it was too overpowered.

-specialists are now easier to kill with headshots;
-other npcs,vehicles,weapons,survival missions and notoriety tweaks.

-major notoriety fix;sometimes the gangs wouldn't spawn when on high notoriety in the previous versions;
-tripled the income from owned shops;
-dramatically decreased the HP of the brutes;
-all the tanks are less resistant to damage;
-lowered the cash reward from killing sprees and now you will start earning money if you do 2-6 kills in a short time(3 kills to start the headshot killing spree,for the explosive kills the counter will start at 6 kills,etc).

-the minimap along with notoriety stars and badges are back!but you can't see the enemies on the map anymore.

*UPDATE* Version 3.7 - 20 june 2013
-fixed the minimap sometimes disappearing (sorry for messing up);
-all the damage upgrades have been overhauled and you can't upgrade to no damage anymore(the prices have been changed too);
-also the phone menu has been edited accordingly to the upgrades overhaul;(thanks to Minimaul and MikeW).

-included Random Encounters Mod (with slightly less enemies).
