Strange enough, the base q3 fonts look nice.
You know that he's holding that rifle in a really odd way? and there's not even a mag inserted.
I suggest you find another pic for the main menu.
It was already noted by a team-member. It has beeen fixed.
The image is most likely from a training exercise. :P
And those q3 fonts do look alright, but I think a font like in the header may be better. That title looks great! :D
