yes it includes the model the .PDM file is there to so model and textures

well it's verry easy: 1st step= you go to wherever you installed RE4, then you may or may not have unpacked your XFILE.DAT if not that doesn't matter. 2nd step is that you if you didn't unpack your XFILE.DAT you create a new folder and call it XFILE (doesn't have to be capital letters) then you place the download in xfile/em/ and then the directories in the download
if you did unpack the Xfile then you go to those two folders ,the same ones that were in the download only now the extracted versions and back them up and then place mine in their place.
