Where did you get Portal 1 Particles? it from Reepblue?
No, one of my friends on steam helped me get the real Portal 1 particles into Portal 2. As long as i kept it to myself, so i'm not releasing it.
Can you give his ID profile? I need Portal 2 Particles to make my skin look-like fish Portal 2 Skin Pack, I am not giving up until I find Portal 2 Ring Around Circle Particles.

Instructions:
The folder called pak01dir, put it at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\bin
or if you have this: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Portal 2\bin.
Drag that folder down to the vpk.exe. then let the folder go when it's on it.
A window should pop up, and it creates a vpk. After that, look for it and you'll find it. Rename it to pak01_dir. That's it.
NOTE: You will need to install Portal 2 Authoring Tools in order to have the vpk.exe. Just saying.

what im doing is that when i turn in to a Vpk and do a File portal2_dlc3 its tells me a error that file doesnt work
You don't do a portal2_dlc3 folder! just do it the way the video showed you <:3 then it should work fine.
