I hope you're still working on this game as the ambient horror is good however the game geometry, clipping and bad placement of objects means Unity struggles to render the map.
My PC is powerful enough to run games like GTA 4, The Forest, Banished, Crysis, Alien Isolation at 1,920 x 1,080p with most of the GPU effects turned on and run on average 30-40fps no problem. Only Dying Light and Evolve will probably tax my rig really hard. Yet this game, even setting the graphics to it's simplest settings to favor speed over quality, and running at 640 x 480 pixels, the game barely gets above 5fps.
This makes it very nearly impossible to play so please fix this if you're still working on it.
Please don't take my criticisms too harshly as they are intended to be constructive to help you work out the bugs.
