Kinda lacking shadows of any kind on those screenies...
Would it be possible to assign a certain terrain parameter to i.e. the ground model and the wall model of the maps so the kunai will embed itself deeper into the soft ground than into the hard wall (also even the kunai in the wall as it is right now seems to be embedded to shallow, not even speaking about the ground)?
Btw, you guys planning on some sort of dynamic interaction between the weapons and the map, like being able to use them as foothold when they're embedded into the wall, or i.e. being able to cut ropes by throwing a kunai at them (for whatever effect, making stuff fall down or doors open or whatnot)?
i share this guy's concerns, and i like his ideas.
I think they're deep enough into the wall, maybe it's just a matter of taste? It would be coolest if they all didn't go equally deep into the wall.
those are not of any main concern atm. our main concern is to get everything working first
