Naruto: Naiteki Kensei is a free stand alone game that offers a unique fast-paced experience based on the hit Japanese anime Naruto. Players are able to compete online using a system that combines aspects of a third-person shooter and an action-based fighter to provide a new thrilling experience. Wow nice map!
I miss a lot of the mayor landmarks... stuff you could use to make Konoha more recognizable: Cinema including Icha Icha movie poster, Konoha Hospital, Hokage office tower, Konoha Academy grounds, Yamanaka flower shop, Hyuuga compound and Ichiraku's ramen stand. All those buildings also have a lot of references in the anime/manga, so modeling should pose no problem. Not to mention those buildings could do great spawnzones/hiding spots as most of them can have interiours as opposed to plain closed buildings.
the map will be too large if make open buildings
so i guess closed r good enough =p
Ummm... no it would not? I never said they should use all of these landmarks, but a few of them would really help giving Konoha the feel that you actually fight there instead of some random ninja city district. Not to mention that some of them actually are not that big and could go in with minor rearrangemants of the existing map.
Actually thats a good point .. I didn't really add many besides narutos home and the ramen shop. I'll see what I can do ^^
I'll do a more in-depth review of that map you have there in the NNK forums as soon as I get all the assets I need sorted out. I want to point out a few other things that ticked me off about this map in particular since it looks especially off compared to the finals stadium map. But you'll see that soon enough, if I get my camera working that is.
i think the Hokage's office building will do good.... mabye the faces on the mountain will work better...

To my mind huge map is not a problem BTW if this mod turns out perfect i will install 100% sure my old rasy steam HL XD and forget about all my ORANGE BOXES Gmods and so on
put in the place where naruto likes to eat! :) lol
