I like this. I was scared when he said torches would die. But since that has been crossed off, All is good in this world.
Apparently pre-placed torches were going to be replaced with lanterns anyway.

If you ever plan on buying it yourself, know that it's worth it.
can fish be put on a mantle and maybe hook up some redstone so it can sing don't worry be happy?

Omfg i was actually waiting for halloween update the whole god damn day and then i realized its not 31 october, its 30 october and then i was like (._.)
I've come across a severe problem: I find HUGE caves, run out of torches, and can't find a way out. I ask for one of 2 simple yet awsomely handy solutions:
Make torches usable, when your holding one, you have light (equiped like weapons, or with seperate slot next to armor) even better, gain the ability to make a portal: Place iron/gold/diamond blocks together like a hell gate, activate, and you can teleport back to the portal. Catch: has a limited distance, longer with each tier of items: iron 50 blocks/gold 100... When you want to port back, use a specified item from your inventory to port. :) problem solved!
