A technical demonstration of realistic liquid simulation for Minecraft, Liquid Cubed is a WIP project where you can build dams, pump water, drain lakes, and otherwise experiment with the liquid system within the building area. ------- The algorithm used for the liquid simulation was developed over two years by in a modified version of Infiniminer. After Minecraft's wild success, we thought it was about time we built a standalone "proof-of-concept" in the hope that the algorithm could be integrated within Minecraft, but unfortunately more work will have to be done before this can become a reality.

I don't know how I got it but my world have infinitive water without an source :s

I have a lot of pipes that takes the overflow from my channels and they return it back to my reservoir

here my reservoir in the begin state:

and my overflow controler:

well when I add water until the follow state the infinitive water begins:

don't think it's a normal way of getting water :p

found out what happens:
I have a system that have 2 inputs and 4 outputs.
I connect three of them with the reservoir from where the input get's there water
and the last I connect with whatever I want
==> and now I have an source without an source ;)

here an example on a medium map:
Img155.imageshack.us
the generator gets only input from under and above, and left is the output to out it's cage all other outputs gets recycled.
with this hole the map will fill in time

(so this bug is added at the same time the up and down pomp's are added, because I couldn't make it before.)

Good find, we'll get this fixed!

Thank you for reporting this!

EDIT: I'd just like to add, spectacular job with the screenshots and diagnosis, it allowed us to spot the problem in a jiffy. Thanks again!

it's possible without the up or down pump
(but you must get some pressure on the inputs by horizontal pumps)
it have much less pressure on the output but still... it makes water too.
here the image of an little modified source system:

it's possible the algorithm that's 'fill' the pump's with the full pressure instead of half of it?
