I hate buildings, so tall and square...how dare you use them in your mod.
Soviet architecture sucks
Doors look a bit too perfect on a building that delapidated (not sure what they are like closer up but it would look better if they were 'smashed in'.
Also most main doors open inwards (at least in the UK) rather than outwards as shown.
As a whole though, it looks great

Looks excellent, maybe take a chunk out of the corner and add some displacements to make it look like a sledgehammer or something hit it. maybe some trash on the exterior, a dumpster, and some graffiti
