If current games/mods were a reflection of real-life, you'd think that soldiers took absolutely no care of their weaponry at all.
If the guns are grimy, I demand misfires and jamming also.

it reminds me of the aks-74 from stalker, but I love it. Nice Work!
The Moddb-STALKER circle jerk needs to stop at some point. It seems like every other comment on every other HL2 mod mentions that. People almost make it sound as if AK-74's, gasmasks, and Eastern Europe didn't exist before the game.

Except it doesn't. It looks like a REAL AKS-74U (An AKS74 is pretty just a rechambered AK47 with a steel frame shoulderstock, the AKS-74U is a carbine, with a much shorter barrel).
Also unlike Stalker, this one has the ejection port on the right side of the gun, you know, where it's supposed to be.
Stalker is great and all, but it's weapon models are lacking.

Really nice, although as Calinstead said, it looks a wee bit too clean. A bit of dirt, a few scratches here and there, and it'll be perfect.
Needs a bit more 'wear and tear' to help it have some texture varitation, but its still REALLY good! Excellent job!
