Trees are too far apart. Real forests are concentrated areas of vegetation, since the fir cone falls from a branch and tries to grow there unless it is taken by an animal, in which case it grows wherever the animal poops it out!

In a fir forest you'd expect the ground to be brown (from dead fir leaves), not patchy.

everything in that pic is nice, the trees even look nice, usually in these kinda games i see low quality planets(especially trees) to allow for a reasonable hard drive space, but these guys must have a plan...
