this is some halo 2 elite sounds that i got from halomaps biped halo 2 tags and it contains wav sounds and tags for modding of the two elites in halo 2, enjoy :D Version 2 will come out soon and it will include Rtas vadum sounds and tags and extra more elite sounds and tags.
