Description
Cel shades most of the textures in Halo: Combat Evolved. Use a .ppf patcher to apply this to a Halo: Combat Evolved map. Make sure to back up original file before installing.

Exuse me i dont understand the shif of installing this
Neither do I really. I downloaded this mod from gamefront/filefront when their servers shut down to preserve it. You'll have to inquire with a halo pc/ce group dedicated to this kind of thing for more info.
