A well-made model. The idea was invented from scratch or borrowed?
The player model is made by another person which i already put in the credits with some minor edits by me.
The amxx plugin for the character is made entirely from scratch by me.
The sound files are recorded and converted from the original movie by me.
The sprites are the default ones that come with the RC2 and big pack 8.4 package.

How do you make an amxx file that enables you to add new characters instead of replacing currently existing ones?
Simple I rename the file name as well as the plugin name inside the code. Tho you might be able to get away with it with just renaming the file names.
