The organisation Delta Green was created to stand against the Old Ones, but after the attack they were changed for the worse... They now serve them.
Agent Daniel Markham will not accept this change, and he is now a fugitive running for his life.
As well as the help he gets from people he meets along the way he's got fifteen years of secret agent training behind him and he happens to be a very powerful mage, which is handy...

Markham is one of the main characters in the Eschaton series by Strange Company. This model is a highly improved version of the one used in Eschaton:Nightfall, a machinima made using Quake2 (okay, it's a Quake movie...)
The rules of Deathmatch say that Markham can't use his magical abilities, which he's grudgingly agreed to. He ought to be alright though, he's been trained in the use of all kinds of weapons (including, funnily enough, wasp-cannons and snarks, Delta Green's a very strange place)
